Retreat 2 Rebirth Project CIC is a Leeds-based African Creative Arts, Health & well-being organisation which caters for the needs of African women in Leeds. R2R will deliver the Leeds International African Festival in partnership with Soaring With Didi.

Through the LIAF, we will achieve the 5 ways to well-being: 

1. Connect-build strong relationships in and across communities through the planning, collaboration and delivery. 
    

2. Be Active- There will be many physical activities resulting from the LIAF especially dancing.
    

3. Take Notice: The process of listening, monitoring, evaluation and surveys will help more people to reach their potential, by supporting them at the earliest possible stage. 
    

4. Learn- The LIAF will provide learning opportunities for all ages and capacities. It will promote emerging artists too. 
    

5. Give-Increase participation in social and community life for everyone.
